Dress up your boots with a little flaire!
Size: Adult, one size fits most.
Finished Measurements: 9" around and 5" tall. Will stretch depending on the yarn you use. I used a sock type yarn and mine stretched to about 13" around.
You will need:
F-5 (3.75mm) hook
(2) fine yarn
stitch markers
yarn needle & scissors

double crochet
