Finished Measurements:
Capelet is 56" around at the bottom, 30" around at the neckline and 11" tall.
Optional cowl is 30" around and 7" tall.
You will need:
G-6 (5.00mm) hook
Medium (4) Yarn. I used Red Heart Super Saver.
