37" around and 15" tall. You can make the cowl taller or shorter based on how many rows you complete.
You will need:
H-8 (5.00mm) hook
(4) Medium yarn
You will need to know the following stitches:
single crochet
double crochet
shell (explained in pattern)
cluster (explained in pattern)
