This case is for storing and organizing your double pointed knitting needles. It will accommodate any thin tools that are 6-1/4" tall or less. This case features 2 rows of 9/16" wide elastic with space between allowing you to store your DPNs and see the size imprinted on the grip. This will work for most Classic types of DPNs (mainly aluminum, wood or plastic).
This organizer is approximately 7" tall. It is 4-1/2" wide when closed and 9" wide when open.
All fabric is 100% cotton.
The outer fabric is reinforced with cotton Interfacing. Design placement shown in the pictures may differ from the item you receive.
The inside lining is reinforced with cotton Interfacing and and Flex Foam (100-percent polyester (outer), 100-percent polyurethane (inner)). Firm and stable. Good for storing fragile or delicate notions or tools. 5 mm thick.
9/16" wide elastic is used inside the organizer. There are (8) 1" wide slots.
Thread is polyester.
A 1" wide nylon coil zipper is used. The color of the nylon coil zipper will vary.
There is a small 100% Polyester label sewn into the seam of the organizer.
The zipper ends are made with 100% Cotton Quilting Fabric. The color will vary.
Any items other than the product described shown in the pictures is not included (scissors, yarn, measuring tape, yarn needle, crochet hook, knitting needles, etc.). I did not use a commercial or purchased sewing pattern to make this item. I created the design and sewed it myself. I use templates to make sure the size of my work stays consistent but please be aware that as they are handmade sometimes the measurements may change but this will only be very slightly. Due to the fact that I use the same fabric to make multiple products the design placement shown in the pictures may differ from the item you receive. Please note that fabric colors may differ in person due to variations in devices and screens. All of my handmade items are made in a smoke free environment. My home is dog friendly but my little one does not come in contact with any of my handmade items or supplies. All measurements are approximate.
Care Instructions
Spot cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended. Don't rub too harshly. Dry flat.
If needed, machine wash (gentle/delicate cycle) or hand wash with cool water. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low, lay flat or hang dry. Iron on cotton setting. Do not iron plastic snaps, polyester straps or zippers.
