For all the love we receive, we want to show you that we love you back so we created a Rewards Program that "rewards" you with store credit when you make a purchase or tell your friends about us. If you have purchased from us before you may have accumulated some store credit already!
To start earning or to view your store credit you will need to create or view your account. Click on the image that looks like the top-half of a person in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
If you already have an account you can Login or click on the "Forgot your password?" link if you aren't sure. You can create an account with your email (by clicking on "Create account") or you can use Facebook, Google, Twitter, or Amazon.
When you create a new account, the website will send you a verification email so watch out for that and click on the verification link. After you verify your account and are logged in then you will be able to view your Account Page. This page is where you can view all your past orders, personal information, Wishlist and tons of other helpful stuff.
Anytime you want to view your account page just click on the image that looks like the top-half of a person in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
Click on "Profile" then "Edit" to change or add any information. If you share your birthday with us you will get a $10 store credit on your special day!
Click on "How to manage Credits" to see how to earn more store credit, how to spend your credit and also if you have received any special credits from the Store Owner.
The "Store Credit" tab will show you how much store credit you have earned, how much you have spent and your current total.
The "Refer Friend" tab is where you can find the link to share our website with your friends. For each friend that clicks on your link and creates an account you will earn $1 store credit. When you reach 5 referrals you get a bonus $5 credit. You will also earn credit when you referrals make a purchase. For their first order, you earn $5 and for every order after that you 5% off their order. There is no limit to the amount of store credit that you can earn!
When you are ready to use your Store Credit, add items to your cart and view your cart. The cart button is the bag icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen. It will show the number of items in your cart.
On the right-hand side, above the Check Out button you will see a Store Credit drop down. Click on that drop down and select the credits you would like to use on your order. You can use a $5 credit for each $25 you spend. For example, use $5 in store credit for spending up to $25, $10 for spending up to $50, $15 for spending up to $75 and $20 for spending up to $100. If your order total is over $101 you can use all the store credits you have earned!
