Can I edit my order after it has been placed?
Orders can only be changed if they have not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped and a tracking number has been assigned we will not be able to edit your order. Please contact us with your order number and what changes you would like.
How can I check the status of my order?
Login or create an account to view your orders and their status. Please make sure to use the same email address that you used to place your order.
The fastest and most accurate tracking information is available on the Shop app. Download Shop and get order details, real-time delivery notifications, and a live map view of all your online orders. The Shop app can be used to track this order, and all other orders you place online.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped and assigned a tracking number. Once the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel your order.
Why are the shipping costs so high?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer shipping via USPS and UPS. The shipping options you see at check out are based on the weight of your order and where your order is shipping to. The farther you are from where we are located (Murfreesboro, TN) and the heavier your order, the more costly the shipping charges will be. We do not offer Free Shipping nor do we have a Free Shipping Threshold. We do offer Free Shipping sales randomly and to be notified of these sales please sign up for our email newsletter.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you received your order and we kindly ask that you contact us within this time frame. If 14 days have gone by since you received your products, unfortunately we will not be able to accept your return. To be eligible for a refund, please ship your item(s) to us within 30 days from the date you received your order. You can find our full Return & Refund Policy here.
Digital Download Orders
Digital download orders (Crochet Patterns) cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
Coupon Codes
Orders are limited to one discount code per transaction.
Care instructions
Fabric items: gentle spot cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended. Air dry.
Wood items: wipe with a dry cloth.
Product Variation
Fabric items: The item you receive will look very similar to what is shown. It will be made with the exact same fabric you see in the listing, but pattern placement will vary. Pattern placement refers to the placement of specific motifs, designs, or patterns that are present on the fabric(s) of each product. I cannot guarantee the placement of the fabric designs or motifs on your item will exactly match the pictured item as each cut of fabric for each item will be a little different. Please note that fabric colors may differ in person due to variations in devices and screens.
Buyers outside of the US
All International Orders have to be placed in our Etsy Shop. Please note that if you are located outside of the US you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply when you purchase a physical item from my shop. VAT, JCT, GST, Customs and any other extra mail charges are not included in the physical item price or shipping cost. I am not a VAT registered seller. I am not required to collect VAT on physical items. Products in the Crochet Patterns collection will have VAT applied on Checkout.
