We are honored to be given this status. We have worked so hard to build our business from the ground up. Not only is this a great accomplishment for us but this is also assurance for you, our customers. You can rest assured that our business has met the BBB’s rigorous standards, including that we have all the necessary operating licenses and that our business hasn’t committed any ethical violations. We are committed to maintaining high-quality, ethical standards.
On a personal note, it is very satisfying for me to be given this status. It validates the fact that I do own and run a business. This is no longer a hobby or a side-gig. This is my full-time job. A real job that a lot of people don't tend to recognize or believe. And that is okay. I know it is a real, thriving business that takes so much out of me but it is mine. Quick side note, as of May 15, 2022, we are officially The Steady Hand, LLC doing business as The Steady Hand and The Steady Hand Shop. A lot of things have been happening behind the scenes and we are so very thankful for your support. Without our customers we would never have reached these heights and we appreciate you!

What a gem of a company! The order i received, which came sooner that I expected, and with excellent communication along the way, wasn’t what i expected ( i misunderstood the sizing) …. But, when i contacted Aprile, she was incredibly gracious and helpful in trying to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend the store, and hope to be able to use them again for myself!
