2022 is halfway over. I know, I can't believe it either. I am a numbers person and I have to track data and information for our shop. I track trends and look at data every month, quarter and of course, at year end. It is a never ending cycle but this month I thought I would share some of that data with you. Also, I had no other ideas for blog posts and I am really falling behind on them. So without further ado...the Top 3 Products of 2022 (from thesteadyhandshop.com)...so far!
This is, by far, our #1 best selling product of all-time! It is so universal and can be used in almost every room of the house or business. In 2022, so far, we have sold 302 Adjustable Shelf Inserts. Most are for Kallax but we also make them for Better Homes and Gardens, Thresholds and Brightroom cube shelving. We offer them in Unfinished (as seen above) and in White.
Our 4 Cubby Cube Insert splits your cube shelf into 4 quadrants and most folks use it for displaying items or storing stuff like cds, dvds, video games, etc. In 2022, so far, we have sold 113 of these inserts. We offer them in Unfinished or White (as seen above). We make them for Kallax, Better Homes and Gardens, Thresholds and Brightroom cube shelving.
On a quick side note, the cardboard bins pictured above are on Clearance. The White Cardboard bins can fit inside of our 6 Cubby and 4 Cubby Inserts. We also have Cardboard bin dividers that are also on Clearance.
This bad boy is our original insert. The first design we ever made and sold. It used to be our top seller until we came up with the Adjustable Shelf Insert. So far, in 2022, we have sold 79 of these inserts. These inserts get used for storing bottles, yarn, folded up towels or blankets and vinyl rolls. Every year we set a goal for the total number of products we want to sell for that year. Sometimes we hit that goal and sometimes we don't. Last year, we didn't hit our goal and I don't think we will this year either due to the move and having to shut the shop down for 3 months. We always set our goal higher than the actual number of the previous year. Our goal this year is to sell 7,000 items. Every purchase gets us a little closer to achieving our goal.
